I am a very creative and energetic professional with experience in a variety of roles, most recently in Human Resources. With an MBA from Seattle University, I have acquired organizational skills over time to handle staff, customers, contractors, budgeting and financial aspects of managing events. I bring my HR experience and people knowledge to draw out client’s desires and needs. My aim is to create stress-free and fun event experiences for clients. My attention to detail, analytical and communication skills lead to a well-planned and flawless event operation.

When I am not planning events, I love to entertain in our family’s home. Large groups of friends and family with lots of good food, laughter and conversations is my idea of a great evening! I also love to travel with my family and learn about local culture. My favorite travel destinations so far have been Bali and the south of Spain. In my leisure time, I enjoy classical music, spending time with my family and curling up with a good book!

The Whole Gamut, Seattle, Event management, event planners, party planning

Are you wondering about my name? This is how you say it, ah-r-ch-ana, the offering of flowers to God in Sanskrit, the ancient Indian language.

What I love is, people! Connecting with them, interacting with them, knowing them. I translate this into creating experiences for them. Experiences which are lifelong memories. I started my event management journey at the age of 18 in my home country of India. Equipped with a Master’s degree in HR, I have been a recruiting professional with doing event management as a hobby. Somewhere along the line, this hobby turned into passion and The Whole Gamut was born. Now, with years of experience managing events in social, corporate and non-profit areas, I am here to help you plan, style and personalize your event, making it truly memorable for you and your guests. I follow industry trends, read event blogs, and pride myself in having rich cultural knowledge (and always keen to learn other cultures).

I have been a long time Seattle resident. I live in Bellevue with my darling husband and kids, Zoya (13) and Zahaan (11). Apart of doing events, I love to spend time with family and friends, watch movies in all genres, go on food trails, travel, meet interesting people and build memories, experiences for myself and my family.

Life is pure adventure, and the sooner we realize that, the sooner we will be able to treat life as art.
